That's very true. You're the one with the problem and if you stay angery, you are only eating yourself up inside, while the other person is oblivious that it is festering in you.
Very true. My mom and I were just talking about people that dish out their anger to those around them. It's like a free gift, they are miserable and want to share their misery with others because as we all know; misery loves company. So when someone offers you the free gift of anger--decline it and you'll feel so much better for it.

This is so true! Anger turns to bitterness and resentment and those things hurt no one buy yourself.
